Financial Planning Fee Structure
In order to stay in line with our evolving business model we are moving away from the flat planning fee. The new fee schedule can be found below. When proposing the
new fee system to clients the Financial Planning Fee Guide (form 282048) should always be used. Please be able to show and justify this upon request.
This fee schedule will go into effect on June 19, 2017. All new planning relationships as of this date will be quoted at the new fee schedule. Current planning relationships
that are up for renewal on or after this date will also increase to the new fee schedule. Current financial planning relationships that will have a fee increase of over $400 will
increase at a minimum of 50% of the difference per year for two years.
Example 1: Medium Complexity plan currently being charged $950 will be increased to $1,850.
Example 2: Low Complexity plan currently being charged $950 will be increased to $1,200.
Outstanding financial planning fees
Should any advisor producing sell a financial plan and leave the practice prior to delivering the plan and fulfilling commitment to the client, the advisor’s final paycheck will
have the original commissions paid to the advisor deducted.
